Returns Policy
How can I exchange or get a refund for a product sold by Toner Tap? For a refund or exchange in our online store, simply:
Contact our Return Department to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: techteam@tonertap.com
Box item securely in original packaging if possible. Please include RMA form sent to you in the RMA approval email.
Write RMA number on the return label or on outside of box.

When will my exchange or refund request be processed? We will process your return within 3 days of receiving your returned item.
What if I want a refund instead of an exchange? Your refund will be in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, for the amount you were invoiced (including the shipping costs if the item was defective out of the box, or if there was an error on our part).
The shipper has returned my order/package to Toner Tap. What's the next step? If you paid by credit card, once we receive the package, we’ll credit your credit card back in full, less the shipping charges. If you paid via paypal, we will credit back your paypal account

How are shipping costs determined? For most orders, shipping costs will be quoted based on our actual shipping costs to your destination. The excellent discounts we receive through our shippers help us keep your shipping cost as low as possible.
Occasionally, if we are unable to immediately quote a price for your shipping, you may see a note to that effect in your shopping cart and during checkout. This may happen if an address is not correctly recognized by a shipper, or if the order is too complex to be automatically calculated. In this case, we will determine the shipping charges after you place the order and then contact you for approval before shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order? We generally ship the same day your order is placed if your order is placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Delivery depends on the shipping service selected, and any applicable holidays or service-affecting events.

Does Toner Tap deliver to APO or FPO addresses? Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time once shipped is generally 5-10 business days.
Where can I find my tracking number? The tracking number for your order is automatically emailed to the address you provided during checkout. You can also find order status and tracking information here on our website, either by logging in or clicking the link in the confirmation email for your order.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order? First, verify that you’ve received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you’re still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call our Customer Service at 1.949.350.8054 if you’re unable to locate an item. Claims for missing items must be made within the first 14 days after the package has been delivered by the carrier.
Does Toner Tap pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise? If you receive a defective item, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. We work hard to ensure we carry quality products, so if you have difficulty with one of our supplies or parts, we will replace it promptly without hassle at no charge to you.
If you need to return an item that is not defective, we will be happy to accept it, but you will be responsible for shipping charges in this case. For more information, please visit our Return Policy page.
When should I file a claim for a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package? If your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of not receiving your order.
Will I receive my order in one package/shipment? Toner Tap may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns, to ensure we are keeping your shipping costs as low as possible.
